I am so delighted that you are here! Today is the first step in exploring a journey that can take you from overwhelm to overflow, and I am thrilled to share more about this with you. I am a mama of three and full time carer to an SEN child, so life is pretty busy in our home. I am a qualified holistic wellbeing coach and am passionate about teaching nervous system regulation through blue mind and breathwork, but found that I was constantly trading my time for money and compromising my precious time with my family and pursuing our dreams. Wellbeing isn’t tied to physical health alone, and to experience true holistic wellbeing - , soul and spirit - we need to consider our mental, emotional, spiritual and financial health too. When I discovered this opportunity, it felt like a lightbulb moment for me, aligning my passion for health and wellness with a flexible fully remote business that actually pays! Not only that, but the training and guidance we receive in our business community is second to none, and I have felt fully supported and celebrated every step of the way.
